Aroris , founded in 2022, was established to increase revenue for healthcare providers through effective contract management and negotiation with healthcare payers by leveraging a proprietary contract management platform called Aroris360. The core issue Aroris solves is the imbalance between the value of care provided and the reimbursement of that care from healthcare payers. Providers are often underpaid in reimbursement and often lack the expertise and time required to negotiate payer contracts that provide adequate reimbursement. Aroris comes alongside its clients to correct this imbalance.
We collaborated with Aroris founders to craft a compelling brand narrative highlighting their unique service of facilitating payer negotiations on behalf of providers. Inspired by the aurora borealis, we named the company Aroris, symbolizing the beautiful outcomes that result in disrupting conventions that no longer work. This theme influenced the brand's identity, featuring a dynamic color scheme that invites a new way of thinking within the healthcare industry while incorporating the much-needed human touch. The brand mark was designed to conceptually convey Aroris’ role as the ‘go-between’ the payer and healthcare provider.
We designed a responsive website for Aroris, detailing the structure and pages for each service. We crafted the messaging and copy strategy of the website and marketing materials to challenge the conventional status quo of healthcare, underscoring the commitment and focus of the Aroris team. To support the launch, we developed a go-to-market strategy focusing on brand awareness and demand generation through paid, owned, and earned media, along with direct outreach to prospective physicians and supported social posts.
In FY2023, the marketing efforts and support sales efforts earned Aroris over 60+ clients and generated an additional $15M in revenue through effective contract negotiations. Our LinkedIn strategy helped Aroris gain over 2,000 followers, showcasing their services and results. Latitude continues to support Aroris as their outsourced marketing department.
