Krista is passionate about setting the stage for others to reach their full potential and she believes that business should be a platform to propel others forward. Since founding Latitude in 2009 she has been passionately challenging her team at Latitude to do the very best for clients and in turn earning the privilege to invest 50% of Latitude’s profits in programs around the globe that are empowering people lacking opportunity. As a purpose driven CEO, Krista is grateful for others who are driven to use their talents to make this world a more just and loving place.

Jeremy Carroll, President/Founder

Jeremy started Latitude to build great brands and elevate humanity. Since 2009, Latitude has worked with performance and lifestyle brands creating campaigns, designing the future of retail, and bringing to life some of the worlds greatest events. Since its inception Latitude has given 50% of profits to empower humanity through education, healthcare, justice, and business creation initiatives. Jeremy is an adventurer and loves to spend time outdoors with his wife Krista and their 4 kids.

Glenn is a born thinker who has developed the skill of distilling large amounts of input into easily consumed conclusions and translating them into actionable strategies. He gets even more energized when he’s able to facilitate clients and colleagues to do the same. He’s most gratified when I can bring to market ideas that advance what is good, true, or beautiful because he believes commerce, done lovingly, generates value for everyone.

Jason is a veteran of the design industry specializing in identity, branding, marketing and experiential. He believes great brands are built upon an authentic, true belief that serves as the foundation as well as the navigation from that point on. Jason has the unique skill sets to brand and tell stories that keep the business moving forward. His main focus is to give the guest a role in the brands’ story so they feel a part of it. He has worked with the likes of adidas, American Express, BMW, Discovery Channel, Google, Nike, REI and Phillips Distillery.

Helping people and teams stretch and consider what could be is what gets her out of bed each day.
