Position Overview:  As an Account Director, you've confidently taken charge of a client’s business to drive results. You own the relationship with top clients while ensuring seamless coordination with your internal team, leading the day-to-day operations that keep the client’s business running smoothly.This role is pivotal in ensuring that client voices are heard, the work pushes boundaries and meets the highest standards, and both client and agency objectives are achieved seamlessly.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Represent and champion the client's voice within the agency, ensuring their needs and objectives are clearly communicated and met
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to push boundaries, ensuring goals and objectives are not only met but exceeded.
  • Build strong relationships with senior clients to drive strategic business growth and foster collaboration across disciplines.
  • Lead integrated brand campaigns from briefing to execution with a social-first approach, ensuring high-quality creative output.
  • Manage client scopes, budgets, and financials while identifying opportunities for growth and mitigating challenges.
  • Oversee account success tracking, performance measurement, and ensuring work is delivered on brief, on time, and on budget.
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients, advocating for creative excellence and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Spot and cultivate opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts and potential expansion into new business areas.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members, ensuring collaboration and growth across disciplines.
  • Play a key role in new business pitches, recruitment, and company-wide initiatives to support Latitude’s growth.
Qualifications:
  • 10-15  years of agency experience, including ownership of end-to-end brand campaigns, social-first campaigns, and multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience in professional client relationship management
  • Proven ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
  • Experience with highly-matrixed organizations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
  • Full awareness of creative processes, planning, strategy and media 

The expected salary range for this role is $95,000 to $125,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and overall fit.
