Position Overview: As an Account Director, you've confidently taken charge of a client’s business to drive results. You own the relationship with top clients while ensuring seamless coordination with your internal team, leading the day-to-day operations that keep the client’s business running smoothly.This role is pivotal in ensuring that client voices are heard, the work pushes boundaries and meets the highest standards, and both client and agency objectives are achieved seamlessly.

Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, approaching challenges with sound judgment and solution-oriented thinking,
A passion for the industry and desire to deliver impactful work,
The ability to build and motivate teams while nursing and protecting big ideas,
Established leadership and mentorship skills with junior employees,
Proven leadership in managing clients and teams at a creative agency, with a track record of success,
A desire think holistically, providing valuable creative and strategic input to strengthen client work and drive business objectives and,
The gumption to always ask “what if”

The expected salary range for this role is $95,000 to $125,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and overall fit.
